Recognized by her fans and media as the Hansik Korean Food Ambassador,  Cathlyn Choi is the producer and host of “Cathlyn’s Korean Kitchen,” broadcast on PBS and tvK24 from 2009 – 2014.  In addition to 20 years of international business development and brand marketing background, Cathlyn has over 18 years of experience as a reporter, TV show host and MC in Korea and US.  Through her media company Carma Media Productions, she has received numerous recognition and awards for her service to the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.  Cathlyn is also the Founder, Executive Director and Board Chair of Asian Culture and Media Alliance (ACMA) and past President of Korean Women’s International Network San Diego Chapter.

With over 20 years of tv/film and video production experience, including producing, directing, writing and editing, Eric Michelson has been integral in the creation of corporate training programs, commercial spots, music videos, live fashion and music events as well as short films and documentaries.  He currently co-owns Carma Media Productions and has co-produced 4 seasons of Cathlyn’s Korean Kitchen including Top Chef Korean Food Challenge and Hansik Stories for tvK24, Arirang TV and PBS, currently directing and co-producing Asian Voices with ACMA’s Take One Interns.
